I left school with just 3 GCSE, yet despite this, I have gone on to become extremely successful as an entrepreneur and author.
After leaving school at the age of 16 I joined the Royal Navy and spent 4 years on-board the aircraft carrier HMS Invincible. At the age of 21 I left the Royal Navy to pursue a life-long ambition of becoming a firefighter.
On January the 25th 1993 I joined Kent Fire Brigade as a firefighter and spent the next 17 years in the job rising through the ranks to District Manager for the East side of Kent.
In 2005 I wanted a new challenge and I decided to start my own online business. I came up with my own business idea for helping people to achieve their chosen career through a website called www.How2become.com.
Since that day I have gone on to become an award-winning entrepreneur, public speaker, best-selling author and I have made over £3 million in the process.
